Hi, I’m Nancy. I was a teacher before becoming a mom, and when I decided to stay home with my baby girl, I needed a way to replace my income. So I turned an empty woodshop behind my house into a guesthouse — and that small project changed everything. I quickly fell in love with hosting, then began helping my brother with his properties, and realized I could do the same for other homeowners. What started as one space behind my home grew into a business built on care, strategy, and trust.
My background in teaching shaped everything I do today. I learned how to work with data, stay deeply organized, manage people with patience, and build systems that actually work — all skills that now translate directly into running successful short-term rentals. Today, I combine that foundation with a thoughtful approach to hospitality to help homeowners earn more while carrying less of the day-to-day stress.

We take the interview process extremely seriously as we want to make sure we are only hiring team members who have a passion for hospitality and treat the home like it is their own.
We always start with referrals, local realtors, friends, family, etc to find the most qualified people.
We have screening questions that we go through each time we interview new team members.
We will also get references for their previous work.
The cleaner has a cleaning checklist of what exactly needs to be done along with taking pictures or a video after the cleaning is completed.
We also have a maintenance checklist for the runner/handyman to make sure the home is always in its best care.
