We take the interview process extremely seriously as we want to make sure we are only hiring team members who have a passion for hospitality and treat the home like it is their own.
We always start with referrals, local realtors, friends, family, etc to find the most qualified people.
We have screening questions that we go through each time we interview new team members.
We will also get references for their previous work.
The cleaner has a cleaning checklist of what exactly needs to be done along with taking pictures or a video after the cleaning is completed.
We also have a maintenance checklist for the runner/handyman to make sure the home is always in its best care.
